The Amsterdam teambuilding is taking place in May, and we are now finalising the schedule for our weekend trip. There are a few extra activites planned for Friday, May 14, and you can sign up for these using My Advantage.

Hotel

We are staying at the Reniassance Amsterdam Hotel, a modern 400-room hotel in the historical centre of Amsterdam.

Thursday, May 13

Visit to the Volendam fishing village

Start: 14:00
Duration: Four hours

We go to the famous fishing village Volendam, where the locals still wear their traditional costumes. Includes a visit on a typical Dutch cheese farm, and a look at how they make the wooden shoes. Time for shopping afterwards.

Bike trip in the streets of Amsterdam

Start: 15:00
Duration: Three hours
Advantage points: 3 100

Bike trip wih a local expert. Going through the city centre, along the beautiful channels, across bridges and past many famous landmarks. Includes a café stop for refreshments.

The Anne Frank House

Start: 15:00
Duration: Three hours

Visit to the famous Anne Frank House, where she wrote the diary that later was read by millions of people. A Scandinavian guide meets the group at the hotel, and there will be a photo stop at an old Wndmill.

Madame Tussauds

Tour of the famous Madame Tussauds Amsterdam. A Scandinavian guide meets the group at the hotel, and there will be a photo stop at an old windmill.

Diamond factory

Start: 15:00
Duration: Three hours

Tour at a diamond polishing facility. Opportunity to look at one of the precious stones, and time for shopping afterwards. A Scandinavian guide meets the group at the hotel, and there will be a photo stop at an old windmill.

Cristofori

The venue is named after Bartelomeo Cristofori, the famous piano builder who lived in Padua in the 17h and 18th century. He was the inventor of the piano and fathered the pianoforte technique, allowing you to play forte (louder) and piano (softer). The piano is a recurring theme in the Cristofori building, and on the top floor you can enjoy a good view of the Amsterdam city centre from the Grote Zaal.
