Advantage sports activities 2017

We are at the start of yet another exciting Advantage year!  Bring a guest, or maybe the whole family, to this year's sporting events, which are intended to accommodate people of every activity level. Join Omega for some of this year's active Advantage adventures.     

Nordsjørittet mountain-bike race

Get your bike ready and join us on the scenic route from Egersund to Sandnes in June. Omega has participated in the Nordsjørittet race on several occasions and we hope to engage an even bigger team this year. Transportation to Egersund on Saturday evening is included in the event. It is possible to choose between two distances, either 45km or 91km. Distance and transportation must be selected when signing up for the event. We will get together for dinner at Gamlaværket on Saturday evening.

Oslo Marathon 

Get ready for the run of the year in Oslo. The 42km-long run winds through Oslo's city center for up to six hours. In order to participate one does not have to complete a whole marathon; you can also choose a shorter distance such as a half marathon or 10km run (10 for Grete). Choose the distance you wish to complete in Connect when signing up for the run. We will meet for dinner on Saturday evening at Dinner Restaurant.

HM Queen Sonja's Panoramic Hiking Trail

Join us for a guided, majestic hike in Ullensvang! The hiking route is called HM Queen Sonja's Panoramic Hiking Trail. The trail starts at Røte, approximately a 10-minute drive from Hotel Ullensvang. We will be transported to Røte, where we will hike up the famous 616 steps built by munks, before continuing to the top of the mountain where we will enjoy a panoramic view of Sørfjorden, Odda, Folgefonna, the Hardanger Bridge, and Eidfjord. We will be transported back to the hotel after the hiking trip. Join us for a wonderful weekend in Ullensvang! 

We will stay at Hotel Ullensvang.

• September 15 - 17 (the hike is on Saturday September 16)
