Homepage (My page)

Here you will find an overview of all the tasks you will perform in Omega 365 in addition to important information such as News.

The lists apply across the entire system. This means that you get an overview of e.g. outstanding workflows and actions from several projects in one place.

Tasks I will carry out (all projects) lists typical tasks to be completed. When you have completed the task, it will disappear from the Home page.

Other lists are information you should read, tasks you have created for others, subscribe to or participate in.

My page can be navigated to from any page by clicking on the house icon found in the context toolbar.

What is displayed on the homepa
The homepage is divided into sections:

Actions Assigned to me
Actions assigned to me and links to the actions

Verifications To be verified by me
Verifications I can complete and links to the verifications

Awaiting my Signature
Items awaiting my signature and links to the items

Activities & Workflows Assigned to Me
Activites & Workflows where you are responsible or participating.

Meetings
Meeting where you are responsible or participating and links to the meetings.

Bug and Missing Features
Workflows where you are responsible.

System Access Requests
This shows requests for access sent to you for handling requests. Applications are opened by clicking on the name of the person concerned.

Various Activities
Open activities where you are responsible

Academy
Mandatory courses and other courses I have started

Documents
This shows the documents in which you are a subscriber, responsible for document release, or for document verification.

What's up?
This shows news items.

Dashboard Subscribers
Dashboards that you have subscribed to in the Dashboard status register, and links to dashboards.

Notes
Here you can create notes and make them visible on the homepage.
Click on 'Notes' and fill in the contents of the window.

Calendar
Here you can create and view and create meetings
