This definition forms the foundation for how Completion Management is applied within Omega 365. Completion is not limited to final inspections or handover activities. It is a structured, management-driven process that starts early in the project lifecycle and continues through planning, execution, verification and takeover.

Completion Management in Omega 365

Omega 365 is a fully integrated project management platform designed to support and connect critical project processes across the entire project lifecycle. Completion Management is one of the core modules within this ecosystem and plays a central role in verifying that project scope, systems and assets are delivered according to defined requirements.

The Completion module is built on Omega 365 Core Technology Product (CTP) principles and Scope Items, enabling structured follow-up of verification activities, checklists and readiness across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, building and construction, and transport. This structure supports recognized Norwegian and international completion standards while remaining flexible for project-specific needs.

Integration with Other Omega 365 Modules

Completion Management does not operate in isolation. Its effectiveness depends on tight integration with other Omega 365 modules that provide the required data, structure and control mechanisms.

Omega 365 is designed with a modular architecture, making it possible to integrate with external systems and to implement only the modules required for a specific project. However, Completion Management performs at its best when used as part of a broader, integrated project setup.

Using Completion in combination with planning, document control, workflows and asset information ensures that verification activities are not treated as standalone tasks, but as an integrated part of project execution and control.
