Team members at Omega 365 Areal celebrated with salmon farmer Mowi at the opening of Mowi’s expanded land-based facility in Fjæra.

53 team members from Omega 365 joined an outing organized by Advantage Team Events to the Solstrand Hotel & Spa in Os, located south of Bergen, Norway.

In the heart of London, Wembley Stadium hosted this year's UK Project Controls Expo, a gathering for professionals in fields ranging from Oil and Gas to Construction. Omega 365 was among the participants, getting a chance to network and showcase the Omega 365 software.

Students in their third year at Ølen High School were invited to visit several businesses in the municipality Vindafjord, Norway, including Omega 365. The initiative, called “Rulling med russen”, aims to provide the students with information about local career opportunities before they start higher education.

On 2 November, Omega 365 in Bergen opened its doors to students from Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL). The visit provided the students with valuable insights into the company's operations and culture.

While walking through the bustling markets, savoring exquisite flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, and exploring labyrinthine canals, the Omega 365 Singapore's teambuilding trip to Ho Chi Minh City became a memorable experience.

As part of Omega 365’s Advantage program, team members embarked on a teambuilding adventure in Montenegro, exploring its picturesque medieval towns along the Adriatic Sea.

Omega 365 Solutions in Haugesund recently participated in a Career Evening at Høgskolen på Vestlandet in Bergen, Norway.

Omega 365 has introduced a new informative section on omega365.com, offering insights into the Lifehack Program, an initiative that serves to guide refugees and immigrants toward integration and training in basic programming skills.

Several hundred youths gathered for the computer party, The Convention, in Braatthallen in Kristiansund, Norway, at the start of October. Omega 365 was one of the contributors at the event, and offered competitions to the participants.

In a strategic move to enhance its recruitment and onboarding process, Omega 365 USA launched two paid internship programs in 2022, designed to foster talent and seamlessly integrate interns into full-time roles.
